Laura has always been drawn to editing and perfecting in all areas. She has worn many hats while helping to found and build her dream company, A Splendid Idea. A creative at heart, she loves staying up late, dreaming of inspiring options for clients, and getting up early to find ways to make it all happen. She enjoys helping to match wants and needs with possibilities, all in an effort to make dreams come true.

Chief Solutions Officer
With a passion for building and a lifetime of experience in all areas of technology, Cary is the key to creating solutions for your project. As a tech founder, he is dedicated to supporting the growth and evolution of the business. When elaborate whiteboarding for complex projects is needed, Cary is our go-to to architect for the best solution.

Chief Inspiration Consultant
Ginny has a lifetime of experience leading and educating. Her passion lies in identifying individual aptitudes and carving out the best path forward to maximize potential. She has decades of consulting experience and start-up growth experience. She provides personalized guidance and takes great pride in seeing each client through their journey from beginning to end, sharing their joy when they achieve their goals.
Cardy
Chief Perfecting Officer
Cardy is a PhD candidate at Southern Methodist University studying Biostatistics. She is our editing expert and numbers consultant. During her undergraduate years, she worked in the writing center, where she helped students in every stage of the writing process. She loves words and numbers just the same. When she is not solving math problems or working through a rough draft, you can find her with a cup of coffee and a good book.
Perrin
Chief Athletic Consultant
Perrin is our resident student-athlete. After realizing her dream of playing Division 1 soccer while pursuing a strong academic path, she aspires to help others find the same magic combination. When she is not on the field or in the classroom, we bring her in to keep us up to date with the changing landscape of idea development and implementation in the next generation. She enjoys all things team and throws her athlete energy and work ethic at everything she does.

William jumps in when our clients need another voice to challenge them with creative, outside-the-box thinking. From standard Q&A to complex what-ifs, we count on William to keep clients on their toes and prepared for even the most involved presentations.

Work-Life Balance Consultant
London shows up daily with her tail wagging, ready to work (as long as treats are involved). She is excellent at boosting team morale and is always there to deliver a slobbery tennis ball when you need one.

Tipsy is always watching over the crew and encouraging her humans to remember their commitment to work-life balance. She specializes in power naps and snuggles after any long productive work day.
